You’re better off lightly twisting the segments you want to prop, as it creates less of a wound to callous. Let it callous and root resting on top of the soil. If you plant a piece into soil before it roots, there is a chance that the bottoms will start rotting from the wet soil.

Great informative tips in your video! It looks like your monstera is the small form(borsigniana)monstera. If you want it to become really big, you might want to look into the deliciosa variety…. They get way bigger leaves and have more fenistrations(holes).

A few carnivorous plants like cape sundews would take care of the adults gnats. Those are fun to grow!

What seed mat do you have?

Can i ise spaghnum moss instead of peat moss in the mixture. I always add extra perlite and orchid bark. I may need to repot and i have it on a mole for about a month now. The last leaf is bigger than the others.
